Both in the life of the Bosnia-born cook, Ljubomir Stanisic, as in the process of creating his most recent restaurant, 100 Maneiras, at Rua do Teixeira 39, Bairro Alto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">But if it was the difficulties that characterized the<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> <b>four years of reconstruction of this restaurant<\/b>,<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> overcoming and consolidation were also some of the nouns that shaped it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">There are many proofs of that. But more than certain is that this &#8220;Ferrari&#8221; got in. And soon it became <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>the fulfillment of an old dream<\/b>. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">(Overcoming!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The new 100 Maneiras isn\u2019t &#8220;just&#8221; a restaurant. And many destinations as well. <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris<\/b> <\/span><span class=\"s1\">are places marked on the map of 100. But if these years were of intensive gastronomic research, it was far from the contemporaneity that the training became more profound. In<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> <b>Sarajevo<\/b>\u2026 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina, part of the former Yugoslavia, where Ljubomir was born on June, 8, 1978 and from where he had to flee at the outbreak of the Bosnian War and the Siege of Sarajevo, and to where he took part of his team &#8211; the wife, his business partners and executive chef Manuel Maldonado.
