{"id":17776,"date":"2020-02-10T16:44:45","date_gmt":"2020-02-10T16:44:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/?p=17776"},"modified":"2020-02-13T21:46:01","modified_gmt":"2020-02-13T21:46:01","slug":"bicho-do-mato-is-back","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/bicho-do-mato-is-back\/","title":{"rendered":"Bicho do Mato is back"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After a <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/bicho-do-mato-in-a-bottle\/\">first edition, launched in early 2019<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/ljubomir-stanisic\/\">Ljubomir Stanisic<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cervejaletra.pt\/\">Cerveja Letra<\/a> joined forces again and launched a second batch of 2505 bottles of their beer, Bicho do Mato.<\/p>\n<p>The Rye Imperial IPA formula remains unchanged, adding the chef&#8217;s favorite spice, <em>ras el hanout<\/em> (a spice that is a mixture of many others, of Moroccan origin), to american hops of Mosaic, Citra and Summit, resulting in a full-bodied and heavily hopped beer, with citrus and tropical aroma.<\/p>\n<p>The bottle remains unchanged &#8211; with a label by H\u00e9lio Falc\u00e3o &#8211; and is now available for purchase on the Letra website, in the Letraria spaces and at <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/restaurant-story\/\">100 Maneiras<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/bistro\/\">Bistro 100 Maneiras<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bicho do Mato.
