{"id":17860,"date":"2020-03-04T10:47:49","date_gmt":"2020-03-04T10:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/?p=17860"},"modified":"2020-03-04T10:49:08","modified_gmt":"2020-03-04T10:49:08","slug":"100-wins-silver-fork","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/100-wins-silver-fork\/","title":{"rendered":"100 wins Silver Fork"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just over a year after its opening, <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/restaurant-story\/\">100 Maneiras<\/a> was distinguished, yesterday, with a Silver Fork from <a href=\"https:\/\/expresso.pt\/\">Expresso&#8217;s<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/boacamaboamesa.expresso.pt\/boa-mesa\">Boa Cama Boa Mesa<\/a> 2020 guide.<\/p>\n<p>The award was received on stage by chef <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/ljubomir-stanisic\/\">Ljubomir Stanisic<\/a>, who had previously been one of the speakers on the panel \u201cAfter the &#8216;star chefs&#8217;, now it is time for the service teams to shine &#8211; The valorization of Human Resources in the restoration\u201d, in which also participated Ana Jacinto (AHRESP), Rodolfo Trist\u00e3o (Sommelier) and Miguel Cadete (deputy director of Expresso), as moderator.<\/p>\n<p>The Boa Cama Boa Mesa guide has been published since 2003, annually distinguishing the best national restaurants and hotels.
