The stories, the faces, the recipes\u2026 it has been three years today that the book \u201cBistromania – No Bistro como em Casa\u201d<\/a> was officially presented to the world. The place could not be other than Bistro 100 Maneiras<\/a>, whose soul was put in the more than 300 pages that make up this family album.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signed by Ljubomir Stanisic<\/a> and M\u00f3nica Franco, “Bistromania” was designed to be a book but, above all, a life story. A personal piece that makes us feel \u201cat home\u201d. Besides more than 100 food and cocktail recipes, the pages contain some of the best stories experienced by the team inside these doors, moments behind the scenes, secrets from the building’s memories over the years and commandments to live according to the 100 Maneiras spirit .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
