We received it with the same enthusiasm like we it was our first time. Our heart is full of joy, we feel this like a recognition of our hard work, full of energy to do more, do even better. It\u2019s a journey of more than a decade in Portuguese gastronomy and we\u2019re super happy to be here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque este espa\u00e7o aberto h\u00e1 quase 4 anos no n\u00famero 39 na Rua do Teixeira n\u00e3o \u00e9 \u201cs\u00f3\u201d um restaurante, \u00e9 hist\u00f3ria de vida(s): de <strong>Ljubomir Stanisic<\/strong> e de muitas outras, de todas (tantas\u2026!) que cabem, couberam e caber\u00e3o dentro destas paredes que se forram a pedra e veludo, a ru\u00edna e luxo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 is, above all, part of its owners life story (<strong>Ljubomir Stanisic, Nelson Santos <\/strong>and <strong>Nuno Faria<\/strong>), who invested in a business of a considerable scale without a support network, but also of others who thought this life project with them, like <strong>Manuel Maldonado<\/strong>, executive chef, and <strong>M\u00f3nica Franco<\/strong>, creative director of the group and also Ljubomir\u2019s wife, author of his books and director of the documentary film \u201cLjubomir Stanisic: Heartbeat\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 is flesh and blood\u2026made of people like <strong>Hugo Marques Amaro<\/strong> and <strong>Jo\u00e3o Miguel Esteves<\/strong>, <a href=\"http:\/\/haje.pt\/\">HAJE <\/a>architects who helped the project to be born, designed and adapted it. People like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.niniandradesilva.com\/pt\/\">Nini Andrade Silva<\/a>, the interior designer from Madeira island who took the ideas and the concept to every inch of the decoration, joining the feeling of \u201cDecadentism\u201d to the Fantastic, and put it in a place where the dream becomes matter of the real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People like <strong>Gil Correia, Andr\u00e9 Sentieiro<\/strong> and other elements of <a href=\"https:\/\/partners.pt\/\">Partners<\/a> creative agency, who read thoughts and created the new graphic identity, joining uniqueness and irony, contemporaneity and nature.
