{"id":20692,"date":"2022-12-08T11:12:01","date_gmt":"2022-12-08T11:12:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/?p=20692"},"modified":"2022-12-09T18:22:45","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T18:22:45","slug":"lets-roast-bistro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/lets-roast-bistro\/","title":{"rendered":"LET\u2019S ROAST, BISTRO!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bistro&#8217;s party-days are back!<br>On December 10, from 12pm to 3pm, this emblematic house in Chiado, first place on 2017<strong> Monocle\u2019s Restaurant Awards<\/strong>, opens its doors for comfort lunches among family and friends, roasts and great wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Let&#8217;s Roast, Bistro!<\/strong>&#8221; is the new concept for weekend lunches at this historic Lisbon house, with a menu designed for couples, to be enjoyed twice as much and bring company to multiply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With two floors and capacity to host around 70 people, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/bistro\/\">Bistro 100 Maneiras<\/a><\/strong> is a hymn to pleasure. And this characteristic is emphasized at lunchtime on weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We start this journey with \u201cBite me Up\u201d: Ria de Alvor oysters, Potato skins or the Portuguese beef-stew croquettes, surrounded by works of art, between the panels by Guilherme d&#8217;E\u00e7a Leal and the post-modern installations by M\u00e1rio Bel\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this historical Art-D\u00e9co building, we proceed at cruising speed with &#8220;Sharing is Caring&#8221;: Brioche and Pasteta or the Organic beetroot tartare with azorean cheese.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In one of the oldest restaurants in the country, recently renovated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tabularasadesignstudio\/\">Rebeca Perez<\/a>, from<a href=\"https:\/\/tabularasadesignstudio.com\/\"> Tabula Rasa Design Studio<\/a>, we drive through &#8220;Le Mains&#8221;: Organic pork rib, Angus short rib BBQ, Organic chicken BBQ or Peniche swordfish rib.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To reach your destination with a &#8220;Happy Ending&#8221;, we suggest the Homemade tart, the Cheese foam and guava sorbet, the Hazelnut souffl\u00e9 and salted caramel ice cream or the S. Tom\u00e9 &amp; Pr\u00edncipe\u2019s organic chocolate mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this atmosphere of opposites, where old and the new have the perfect match, in this Bistro (not Bistr\u00f4!) which means &#8220;clean and clear&#8221;, chef\u2019s <strong>Ljubomir Stanisic<\/strong>, <strong>Manuel Maldonado<\/strong> and <strong>Eugeniu Musteata<\/strong> created a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1W2eD8FruZznAk89Y-ct3Bmb9qMQB-qwQ\/view?usp=sharing\">menu<\/a> with the same dynamic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every week we will have a special guest to join us for these special lunches. A <strong>VIP &#8211; Very Important Wine! <\/strong>In the premiere, VIP will be some unique wines from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.antoniomacanita.com\/pt\/vinhos\/fitapreta\">Fita Preta Winery<\/a>, by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.antoniomacanita.com\/pt\">Ant\u00f3nio Ma\u00e7anita<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This Roast starts on December 10<\/strong>, between <strong>12pm and 3pm<\/strong>, at <strong>Bistro 100 Maneiras<\/strong>.
