{"id":21091,"date":"2023-01-06T16:09:24","date_gmt":"2023-01-06T16:09:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/?p=21091"},"modified":"2023-01-06T16:09:26","modified_gmt":"2023-01-06T16:09:26","slug":"yugoslavian-christmas-at-bistro-100-maneiras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/yugoslavian-christmas-at-bistro-100-maneiras\/","title":{"rendered":"YUGOSLAVIAN CHRISTMAS AT BISTRO 100 MANEIRAS!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On <strong>7 and 8 January<\/strong>, the weekend Roast will be thematic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will celebrate<strong> Yugoslavian Christmas<\/strong>, with a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1n5AYIqK8XyTFi4FbPUtqoDfZJiiLxUio\/view?usp=sharing\">menu from the Balkans<\/a> and <strong>guest wines<\/strong> from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simcic.si\/en\/home\/\">Marjan Sim\u010di\u010d<\/a>, a producer from Slovenia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Orthodox Christmas<\/strong> is celebrated on January 7th, following the traditions of Julian Gregorian Calendar (although the countries belonging to the former Yugoslavia officially follow the Gregorian Calendar, established in 1582).\u00a0A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the tradition of <strong>Chef Ljubomir Stanisic&#8217;s<\/strong> homeland, the celebrations begin on 6 January, when, around 6pm, a candle is lit and is only put out the next day at midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The table, composed mostly of fish for Christmas Eve is never lifted.
