To take friends out of WhatsApp groups and bring them together at the same table, with classic Bistro\u2019s bites to share, suggestions of mains for all tastes and, of course, a sweet happy ending. These menus are available until December 23rd and cost \u20ac45 per person, including wine, water, coffee and\/or tea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From <\/span><b>December 21st until January 5th<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Bistro also extends its opening hours, <\/span><b>opening for lunch every day<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (and not just on weekends, as is usually the case) with its menu of classics and daily specials.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For <\/span><b>weekend lunches<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which always feature the <\/span><b>Let\u2019s Roast Bistro menu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, designed to bring together friends and family around comfort food, there are also news: a <\/span><b>special <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Roast-Festas_Bistro2024.pdf\">\u201cHoliday Season\u201d Roast<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with a Yugoslav accent, featuring names such as burek (here with cabbage and foie gras or cabbage and onion), sarma, goulash, pierogi or tufahija, to explore on the weekends of the 21st and 22nd, 28th and 29th of December and 4th and 5th of January, with price of \u20ac80 for 2 people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the <\/span><b>24th<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with the doors of Carnal and 100 Maneiras Restaurant closed, <\/span><b>the party is concentrated at Bistro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. After all, it has always been, par excellence, the main stage of all the group&#8217;s celebrations. The eternal youngest, who saw himself in the role of older brother, opens his arms, heart and mouths to the city and promises to <\/span><b>celebrate Christmas Eve with a <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Natal_Bistro2024.pdf\">menu<\/a> that combines tradition with the 100 Maneiras spirit.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is cod, yes, but served in a burek that combines it with egg yolk, potatoes and onion. There is kid goat, but glazed and accompanied by celery and truffle. There&#8217;s smoked octopus with spicy honey and sweet potato tatin, french toast and king cake, among other creations. Priced at \u20ac140 per person, the menu (also available in a meatless or vegetarian versions) does not include drinks, but there is the possibility of adding the wine pairing for an additional \u20ac60.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For those who prefer to <\/span><b>celebrate Christmas at home<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the group also has a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Menu-2GO-Natal-2024.pdf\"><b>take-away Christmas\u2019 Eve menu<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including suggestions such as burek (of spinach and goat cheese, cabbage and foie gras or cod and potato), and Mamma Rosa&#8217;s unmissable flower bread to start, spicy octopus with honey and Mamma Rosa&#8217;s kid goat for the main dishes and sweet proposals such as the organic chocolate mousse from Ro\u00e7a Diogo Vaz. The 100 Maneiras\u2019 Queen Cake is another possibility to take home and, this year, it comes with a very special surprise: a golden ticket hidden inside one of the many that will come out of our oven. Remember the fava bean and the gift that used to be inside every king cake? Well, inspired by Willy Wonka and his chocolate factory, we decided to <\/span><b>give tradition an upgrade and offer, inside one of our queen cakes, a dinner for two people at <a href=\"https:\/\/carnal.pt\/\">Carnal<\/a>.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Orders can be placed up to 2 days before the take-away date, available from December 20th to 24th, with orders available through Bistro 100 Maneiras\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/contact\/\">contacts<\/a> or via Volup&#8217;s app.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Still with the smell of party in the air, we enter the new year in the three restaurants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>At Bistro, farewells to 2024 begin with a selection of Bosnian specialties<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, scallops and truffle, an Atlantic coast prawn bun with caviar, Barros\u00e3 beef tartare mille-feuille, brill with oyster butter, Challans duck magret, iced cheese foam and guava, a chocolate souffl\u00e9 and saffron ice cream and they begin as they end: with a mini-trip to Bosnia on the table, made of small tufahijas and baklavas. With a vegetarian or meat-free alternative, the <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/reveillon-bistro-2024.pdf\">menu<\/a> costs \u20ac270 per person, including wine pairing and champagne (as well as water, coffee and\/or tea).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A few meters away, at Carnal, another journey: the <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/carnal.pt\/nochevieja\/\">Nochevieja<\/a> is celebrated in the best Mexican style<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with house specialties and dishes created for the occasion. Guacamole, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pico de gallo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salsas verde<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">roja<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">totopos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chicharrones<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> start the party that follows with options such as a tuna toro tartar, scallops tostada with Malhado pork \u201cchorizo\u201d \u200b\u200band truffle, tiger prawn taco, suckling pig carnitas served on ceremonial tortillas, a sweet gordita pocha and, closing, a 2.0 version of Carnal&#8217;s famous vanilla flan, served with black truffle. With a shot of Volc\u00e1n Cristalino tequila, wine, sparkling wine and water and coffee\/tea, the menu costs \u20ac145 per person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adding to Bistro\u2019s irreverence and Carnal\u2019 festive relaxation, it is at <\/span><b>100 Maneiras Restaurant, with 1 Michelin star<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, that you\u2019ll find the group&#8217;s <\/span><b>most luxurious <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Revillon_1002024.pdf\">menu<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A unique dinner, which takes The Story, 100 Maneiras&#8217; main tasting menu, and rewrites it for an unforgettable starter in 2025.
