Chiara Barisano and Rudi Giovanni are the bartenders representing the Dutch bar, bringing with them three cocktails based on C\u00f3digo 1530 Tequila.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nominated for Best New Cocktail Bar in 2024 at Entree Magazine&#8217;s awards, Sonora opened in September 2023, on top of the iconic Nhow Amsterdam building, and defines itself as a place where stories, myths and flavors of Latin America are shared: \u201ceach drink tells a story of heroes, adventures and magic\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The guest shift takes place during <a href=\"https:\/\/lisbonbarshow.com\/\">Lisbon Bar Show<\/a>, one of the biggest Bar and Hospitality events in the Iberian Peninsula, bringing together, on the 20th and 21st of May, in Lisbon, some of the most renowned names in the area, for lectures, exchanges of experiences and demonstrations. The awards, given by a jury from the sector, are among the most important in the cocktail industry in Portugal (with <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/cocktails-bar\/\">Bistro&#8217;s bar<\/a> having already won the title of Best Restaurant Bar in this competition twice).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sonora takes over Carnal\u2019s bar from 9pm onwards and <a href=\"https:\/\/carnal.pt\/en\/contacts\/\">reservations<\/a>, although not required, are highly recommended.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 20th, Sonora bar, from Amsterdam, will be taking over Carnal&#8217;s counter for a unique guest shift.
