At <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/bistro\/\">Bistro<\/a>, this historical space in Largo da Trindade, which was once Tavares Pobre and Bachus old-time Lisbon restaurants (and in 2010 became Bistro 100 Maneiras), we travel back to the future.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re paying homage to the classics, to the ABCs of Bistro, to the product, to the essence, to pure, hard flavor, with a new cocktail list, new lunch menus and new dishes on the set menu.<\/p>\n<p>At the <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/cocktails-bar\/\">Bar<\/a>, led by Jorge Camilo, this year&#8217;s big comeback, there&#8217;s the debut of a <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/foodfromheart\/Carta-de-Cocktails\/\">cocktail menu<\/a> that praises the product. With names such as Fig, Watermelon, Banana, Peach or Rhubarb, there are nine new creations (three of them non-alcoholic) that emphasize natural ingredients, from the kitchen to the bar, following what has been the main line of mixology at this house since 2010, built with Camilo at the helm.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s also new is the possibility of, soon, getting to know these cocktails in \u201chalf-dose\u201d format, leaving room to explore more options on the menu, to try more than one cocktail in a single visit (or to drink in more moderate doses). This also means a return to Portuguese roots and to the nostalgic \u201cglass of three\u201d that used to be served in taverns, usually in between meals, without accompaniment, or with some snacks.<\/p>\n<p>In the kitchen, guided by head chef Eugeniu Musteata, the big news is <a href=\"https:\/\/100maneiras.com\/en\/bistros-menu\/\">the weekend lunch menus<\/a> (49\u20ac for 2), in a return to the future that is divided between the roots of Portuguese cuisine on Saturdays and the Bosnian table on Sundays.<\/p>\n<p>Portuguese fried green beans, codfish fritters, chicken gizzards and sericaia pudding with plums are some of the main dishes on Saturday; while burek, sarma and tufahija, among others, are served on Sunday.
