This is the project that chef Ljubomir Stanisic brings to Sublime Comporta, the hotel where, since March 2017, he has been named gastronomic consultant.
In a privileged space, lost between the green and a step away from the sea, the new project of the Yugoslav-made-Portuguese chef brings to this corner of Alentejo an approach full of flavor. From the garden to the kitchen, without forgetting the bar, the team from 100 Maneiras developed a gastronomic concept where ingredients stand out, with suggestions that evolve with the seasons, respecting the environment where the hotel is inserted. Like the architecture of the building, open to the outside, the menus created by chef Ljubomir Stanisic and his team also find echo and reference in the landscape.
Sustainability, health, pleasure and well-being arrive at the tables of Sem Porta restaurant, with menu options designed from scratch to accompany wellness programs, light and healthy suggestions, a cocktail menu with non-alcoholic references and a list of natural drinks, smoothies and flavored waters for warmer days.
