Se nas equipas há sempre mudanças, gente que che Se nas equipas há sempre mudanças, gente que chega, gente que sai, há também aqueles que conquistam lugares cativos. Pela personalidade, pelo trabalho, pelas circunstâncias. O André é uma dessas pessoas que por mais anos que passem, por mais mudanças que façamos, fará sempre parte de nós. Em miúdo, sonhava ser astronauta, mas foi no vinho, como sommelier, que encontrou a melhor perspectiva sobre o mundo. Juntou-se ao 100 Maneiras em 2014 e connosco ficou, ajudando a definir aquilo que éramos e seríamos, até partir, demasiado cedo, há quase quatro anos. Onde quer que o André esteja, apostamos que hoje, dia do seu aniversário, se brinda de copos bem cheios. Por aqui, querido André, também brindamos a ti. Brindaremos sempre. Para sempre. Nos nossos corações. Foi um prazer, irmão 🥂🤍

If there are always changes in teams, people arriving, people leaving, there are also those who conquer a perpetual place. By their personality, by work, by circumstances. André is one of those people who, no matter how many years pass, no matter how many changes we make, will always be part of us. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming an astronaut, but it was in wine, as a sommelier, that he found the best perspective on the world. He joined 100 Maneiras in 2014 and stayed with us, helping to define what we were and would become, until he left, too soon, almost four years ago. Wherever André is, we bet that today, on his birthday, there will be toasts with full glasses. Here, dear André, we’ll be toasting to you too. We will always toast. Forever. In our hearts. It was a pleasure, brother 🥂

Jantar com vista. Não para a cidade, no piso de b Jantar com vista. Não para a cidade, no piso de baixo, mas para o coração do Bistro - o de madeira, à entrada, e o metafórico, que se divide nas diferentes expressões de amor que se servem no número 9 do Largo da Trindade. Dos lugares no rés-do-chão, assiste-se à acção no Melhor Bar de Restaurante 2022 (sim, somos nós 😁☝️), vislumbra-se o bulício na cozinha e mergulha-se nas memórias do chef @ljubostanisic, recriadas por @mariobelem em caixas de luz que decoram as vitrines. Porque os olhos também comem e aqui, garantidamente, não passam fome!

Dinner with a view. Not towards the city, on the ground floor, but towards the heart of Bistro - the wooden one, at the entrance, and the metaphorical one, divided into the different expressions of love that are served at number 9 in Largo da Trindade. From these seats, you can watch the action at the Best Bar in a Restaurant of 2022 (yes, that's us 😁☝️), catch a glimpse of the hustle  in the kitchen and dive into the memories of chef @ljubostanisic, recreated by @ mariobelem in light boxes that decorate the glass cases. Because you eat with your eyes too and here it’s guaranteed you won’t go hungry!
