Our F&B manager and 100 Maneiras’ partner, responsible for the liquid area of our group, a wine lover and producer (part of @profetasevilloes ), he’s always on the look for the rare wines, the new producers and regions, the best spirits, the trends and novelties filling the glasses around the world. And for that, we raise our glasses to him: Tuesday to Saturday, at dinner, and Fridays and Saturdays also at lunch 🥂

Uma mão cheia destes ao dia, nem sabem o bem que Uma mão cheia destes ao dia, nem sabem o bem que vos sabia! Vêm da Horta da Garça, em Colares, a maioria das nossas hortícolas. Produzidas com técnicas de market gardening e princípios de permacultura e agricultura regenerativa, para fazer bem o que sabe bem. Alimentam o menu de clássicos e as sugestões diárias, seguindo aquilo que são os timings da natureza e aproveitando o melhor de cada época. “Meet and eat”, todos os dias, a partir das 18h30 - e sábados e domingos também aos almoços, a partir das 12h.

A handful of these a day, keeps the doctor (and sadness) away! Most of our vegetables come from Horta da Garça, in Colares. Produced using market gardening techniques and principles of permaculture and regenerative agriculture, to do well what tastes good. They feed our classic menu and daily suggestions, following nature’s timings and making the most of each season. “Meet and eat”, every day, from 6:30 pm - and Saturdays and Sundays also for lunch, from 12 pm.

// Flower bread and pasteta, two of the main eleme // Flower bread and pasteta, two of the main elements of “Welcome to Bosnia”, the first moment of our tasting menu that takes us straight to chef Ljubomir Stanisic’s origins. With the Bosnian traditional “ruza pogaca”, our homemade buttery bread (following our dear Mamma Rosa’s recipe) and our version of “pasteta” - a traditional meat pâté that was part of the Red Cross food supplies for refugees and that Ljubomir loved so much that he used to trade his other food items for all the pasteta he could get. A taste of home, between Bosnia and Lisbon.
