“Incidents” at Bistro 100 Maneiras
Sailor Jerry Rum, herbal liqueur, pineapple chunks, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, bitter cocktail, rosemary tincture and egg white: these are the ingredients of Pineapple Incident, the cocktail created by the bar team of Bistro for Lisbon Cocktail Week, which starts today. The cocktail competes for the titles of “Best Cocktail of Lisbon” (elected by a jury of professionals of the sector) and “Cocktail Choice of the Public”, with voting open to all who wish to participate in lisboncocktailweek.pt.
Just like the other participating spaces, Bistro will also celebrate the Cocktail Moment, with a selection of cocktails designed for the occasion. Between 7:30 p.m. (when the restaurant opens) and 11:00 p.m., anyone ordering a Pineapple Incident, a Triple “Citrus” X or a Bitter Douro gets a second cocktail from the list of equal or lesser value.
Until April 29, there are more than 60 locations around the capital where it is possible to participate in the different initiatives included in this event.
