Ingredientes criados em laboratório a partir de células animais ou vegetais, mesmo de espécies extintas (bife de mamute, alguém?), refeições impressas em 3D na hora, concebidas ao milímetro para ir ao encontro das necessidades e gostos de cada cliente, alimentos funcionais que não só nutrem como promovem aspetos específicos da saúde e alimentos sintéticos e suplementos em cápsulas para quem não tem um segundo a perder (aquela reunião pós-almoço que calha sempre tão bem…). Tudo produzido da forma mais eficaz, seja em laboratório ou através de sistemas de agricultura vertical e hidroponica e organizado em dietas personalizadas baseadas no ADN de cada um. Nuno Rocha, o “be yourself”, nasceu no dia 4 d Nuno Rocha, o “be yourself”, nasceu no dia 4 de Setembro de 1975, em Lisboa. Dêem-lhe uma prancha para as mãos e é vê-lo sorrir. Com o pai, nadador-salvador, aprendeu a vida na praia e o amor pelo mar, que ainda hoje o faz acordar mais cedo para apanhar as melhores ondas. Paralelamente, é supervisor de reservas no 100 Maneiras, onde está desde Junho de 2017.
