For our Tea Party, we use smoked ham bones from Solar dos Presuntos, that would otherwise be wasted, to create a special “tea” - Ljubo ice tea, chef @ljubostanisic once named it. Served with fish - currently, seabass -  it created a perfect, unexpected combination. A special way to celebrate International Tea Day.
