Pérolas que nos chegam de tempos a tempos, com en Pérolas que nos chegam de tempos a tempos, com entrada directa no menu diário: ostras da Ria de Alvor. Cultivadas em harmonia com o seu ambiente, num método que aposta na sustentabilidade, o seu sabor distingue-se pela mistura de água doce e salgada da lagoa - e pela limpeza das suas águas, livres de poluição. Os invernos quentes algarvios permitem-lhes crescer uniformemente ao longo do ano, precisando de cerca de dois anos e meio para atingir o tamanho adulto. Tesouros nacionais que não carecem de mapa para serem descobertos - é entrar e esperar que seja dia deles.

Pearls that arrive to us from time to time, with direct entry into our daily menu: oysters from the Ria de Alvor. Cultivated in harmony with its environment, using a method that focuses on sustainability, its flavor is distinguished by the mixture of fresh and salt water from the lagoon - and by the clean, pollution-free waters. Algarve’s warm winters allow them to grow evenly throughout the year, taking about two and a half years to reach adult size. National treasures that don’t need a map to be discovered - just walk in and fingers crossed that it’s their day.
