Although Orthodox Christmas is celebrated in January, at Bistro we start the party early with Ljubomir Stanisic in the kitchen preparing a big Yugoslavian Christmas dinner. Somun bread, uštipci, kajmac, ajvar and cured ham, Spinach and goat cheese burek, Yugoslavian sarma (fermented cabbage stuffed with meat and rice), Smoked zander with Bosnian veggies, Kid goat goulash with ratte potato purée and Tufahija tatin and vanilla ice cream make up the step by step of this Bosnian Christmas, with a price of 40€ per person (drinks not included).
