100 Maneiras at no. 39 on Rua do Teixeira (1 Michelin star 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) is the natural evolution of no. 35, the old  restaurant on the same street that for 10 years marked the rebirth and rise of chef Ljubomir Stanisic . Opened on February 28, 2019, chosen nine months later to join the renowned list of the 50 Best Discovery, compiled by the organization of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, it is the result of years of research, many journeys and a sign of maturity. Of the chef but also of the 100 Maneiras group. We’ve been together for over a decade and we know what we want. We want to look at the whole world, bring the whole world inside us, bring our world into every detail, to bring ourselves into everything. And be just like ourselves. Divided into 3 rooms (The Glass Room, The Dining Table and The Back Room), the space combines nature and cosmopolitanism, ruin and luxury. The offer includes three tasting menus: “The Story” (with 17 moments), “The Short Story” (a shorter version) and “Echoes of 100”, a vegetarian menu. A restaurant that is the result of many life stories, as many as make up 100 Maneiras, but above all the story of Ljubomir Stanisic, the most-Portuguese-Yugoslav chef ever. A personal story, which brings together food and substance, eating and drink(s). With a bottled cocktail bar, run by the award-winning team at Bistro 100 Maneiras, and a wine list with around 400 references, it is proved at the table (and beyond it) that living is a verb of multiple combinations. It was in the middle of the pandemic, in November 2020, that 100 Maneiras saw the Michelin star arrive for the first time. Four years later, we celebrate that first day with the same joy, passion and hunger as always, with the offer of a champagne flute to all customers who dine with us on...
