// Maria Wanzeller was born on June 7, 1995, in Ba // Maria Wanzeller was born on June 7, 1995, in Barreiro. As a child, she wanted to become a mad scientist and, therefore, it was in forensic medicine that she decided to enroll. Physics, however, got in the way and ended up leading her to say goodbye to medicine and surround herself with other types of instruments, in the kitchen. After working with chef Luís Ortiz in Fortaleza do Guincho, she followed him to 100, where she works as a cook since August 2018 and today she’s Sous-chef at 100 Maneiras. Happy birthday lovely Maria, the “Girl With a Pearl Piercing”! 😜🎂
