100 Maneiras DNA in Porto
Vítor Adão, executive chef of 100 Maneiras, will be at Euskalduna this Friday for a dinner that celebrates the first anniversary of the restaurant located in Porto and led by chef Vasco Coelho Santos. The duo will be joined by Jorge Camilo, bartender at Bistro 100 Maneiras, who will create the cocktails to pair with the menu.
The dinner is the second in a series of seven, to take place between November 30 and December 6, for which Vasco Coelho Santos invited chefs and friends from all over the country. Pedro Pena Bastos, Rodrigo Castelo, João Rodrigues, João Oliveira, Manuel Lino and Luís Barradas and Carlos Fernandes are the names present on the other dates. To increase the challenge, and contrary to what is customary, each of these chefs was invited to develop a menu from a region different from his own – “everything to get them out of their comfort zones,” as the host chef justifies. Vítor Adão, from Trás-os-Montes, will serve a menu inspired by Ribatejo, with the products and influences of this region.
With only 16 seats per night and a cost of 100 euros per person, all dinners are already sold out.
