“100 Rissóis” inaugurates June at Bistro
On June 1st, at Bistro, Sunday lunch will be served in pastel shades. Starting at 12pm, chef Ljubomir Stanisic’s team will prepare a menu that is fully composed of rissoles, in a tribute to tradition and a toast to reinvention. With respect – and zero fears.
The challenge came from Farta magazine, an independent gastronomic project, by Another Collective and Rafael Tonon, which believes in the appreciation of popular Portuguese cuisine and whose 4th edition is, precisely, dedicated to the rissole.
On the menu, there are Mini traditional rissoles of codfish swim bladder, shrimp and cockles, Prawn aguachile rissole, Oxtail stew rissole and even a Guava and cheese foam rissole. Making its world debut and accompanying the meal, there will be (among other wines) the new Mestiça Cider, a sparkling cider wine from Madeira, produced by chef Ljubomir Stanisic in partnership with Quinta da Moscadinha. Water and coffee are also included in the menu, which costs 46 euros per person.
The last available places can be reserved through Bistro 100 Maneiras contacts.
