Na cozinha do Bistro, todo o produto é nobre. Além dos produtos frescos, usamos o processo de maturação para lhes dar outra(s) vida(s). É o caso da picanha de barrosã maturada e do futuro presunto de espadarte (ainda no processo de cura). Produto maturado, produto abençoado!? 😅

At Bistro's, all product is precious. Besides fresh products, we use the maturation process to give some ingredients another life. That’s what happens with the dry aged "barrosã" rump steak and with our first swordfish ham (on the making!). Matured product, blessed product!? 😅
