With the Bosnian traditional “ruza pogaca”, our homemade buttery bread (following our dear Mamma Rosa’s recipe) and our version of “pasteta” - a traditional meat pâté that was part of the Red Cross food supplies for refugees and that Ljubomir loved so much that he used to trade his other food items for all the pasteta he could get.
