É da partilha que se faz a maior magia nesta cozi É da partilha que se faz a maior magia nesta cozinha. Do encontro de diferentes gerações, origens e experiências, que enriquecem e fazem crescer todas as partes. Encontros como este, entre o chef patrón Ljubomir Stanisic, nascido na antiga Jugoslávia, e o head chef do Bistro, Eugeniu Musteata, nascido na Rússia. Juntos, neste canto de Lisboa, criam, recriam, brincam com referências. Porque o saber, como o sabor, é matemática ao contrário: dividido, torna-se sempre maior. 

It is through sharing that the greatest magic is made in this kitchen. From the meeting of different generations, origins and experiences, which enrich and make all parties grow. Meetings like this, between chef patrón Ljubomir Stanisic, born in former Yugoslavia, and Bistro’s head chef, Eugeniu Musteata, born in Russia. Together, in this corner of Lisbon, they create, recreate, play with references. Because knowledge, like taste, is mathematics in reverse: divided, it always becomes greater.
